Happy Pink Saturday

Hi Everyone!
Be sure and visit Beverly our gracious host for this fun get together, to find lots and lots of scrumptious blogs to visit featuring PINK!
Thank you Beverly!

When I planted this Bleeding Heart I had no idea it would get so big and beautiful!
Below, are some of the dainty little blossoms up close.....aren't they just exquisite?
While I call Arizona my home, I have decided I need two homes because the Spring here is just perfect and the Summers aren't that bad. There is humidity, but it does not get to 115 degrees and higher that Arizona can see!!! We will spend the Spring and Summer here, in Michigan and then in October get the house and yard ready for Winter and then head for Arizona, where there are perfect temperatures 'til the end of March and then back to here. Now to find a way to afford that dream!! lol!

A pretty bright pink tulip that the squirrels left for me to enjoy. On the back step, this morning, the little devils had bitten off a bloom and left it on a step! Uggg!

Next week the Lily Of The Valley, below, will have their sweet fragrant blossoms open and the pink, about to pop open, buds of our Crab Apple tree, above, will, too, and I will show you how beautiful they are in all of their glory!

And, of course my darling Violets which just want to grow everywhere! How I love them and have little vases of them scattered about the house. I have had to ruthlessly thin them out, but I can never call them a weed. I LOVE my Violets! They and the Lily Of The Valley are some of the delights of living here.

Below are items I created this week and listed on eBay

A sweet as can be individual dessert server complete with a pretty faux cupcake and below, a plump and pretty pin cushion......

One of my "Spindle Ladies", above......I love these little charmers and this one is much smaller than most that I make. They look so sweet on an end table or a shelf.....

Another gorgeous Tussie Mussie full of fragrant lavender and handmade ribbon roses.

Thank you for stopping by and I wish all the Moms a wonderful and happy MOTHERS DAY!

I enjoyed all the lovely flower pictures, but when I reached the one of the delightful litte purple violets, my heart started to speed up a bit. I just love violets and their close cousins the pansies!! Wonderful. Your Etsy items are just so pretty, especially that plump little pincushions smothered in roses and danglys. I am going right on over to Etsy to check them out!! good post thru and thru. Debby

Such a l♥vely post for Pink Saturday. This is the one day of the week when I get to visit some of the best blogs in cyberspace and indulge my passion for pink.

Happy Mother's Day. I wish you all the peace and joy that a day in celebration of motherhood can bring. You don't have to grow a baby in your womb to be a mother...all you have to do is to l♥ve a human being with compassion and tenderness.

So, Jil...what if we rent a big house in AZ, I hear they are having housing probs there, share the expense, and then maybe we both can spend the winters warm! Always love your work. Happy Pink Saturday!

With our little PINK SATURDAY having a birthday this week, I am on "pink overload" and that is difficult to do to me! I'm lovin' it like crazy!

What lovely pinks this week you have, my dear. The better to see your through my rose colored glasses!☺

Have a great weekend. Not all that warm up in my neck of the woods but the sun is out and that makes the day good. I hope you are surrounded by those you love and that you, too, are bathed in sunshine.
