Pillow Talk And More For Pink Saturday

Hello All.....All week I have ment to come and post...I don't know where the time went. Oh yes,.... I was out shoveling, and then out to shovel some more and in between that I was drinking hot chocolate with whipped cream and sewing....pillows, and then out to shovel a bit more! I know I was not alone in the shoveling! What a storm it was, but nothing here like some got in Missouri, Oklahoma, Chicago and other places! My husband thinks our total was right at 14".

The fun of Pink Saturday is to roam around looking at all the pink and pretty posts and you can find them all at Beverly's so don't be shy...go have some fun!

Here are a few pinks around the house....

A lamp I painted a few years ago....

A favorite antique bowl with a paper mache heart ornament that I have had for more than 20 years...I have two and they were sold as Christmas ornaments, but they are too pretty to put away, so they have always had a spot somewhere in the house all year long!

Pretty hankies that I keep out to make me smile ...

Storage containers in my sewing room....I try to always keep the storage, that stays out in sight, pretty to inspire me...and make the room pretty at the same time!

And pretty fabric squares for a project...
Well, sweet friends, that is all the pink for this week! Now off to see yours!
Be Happy!
Jil

Hi Jil, I have been around, but cold cold and more cold. I don't remember cold lasting this long here. I have only been living here going on eight years, but this is new to me. Feb has not been in the low 20's for as long as I have been here...burrrrrr!
Love the roses on your lamp, those are beautiful. You really should paint more my friend, you do them so well. I am trying to learn, but it's not easy.
Your pillows are fabulous as always. Stay warm, I don't know who I feel more for, you or me!!! HA HA. Of course, I don't have to shovel snow, but then I don't get that wonderful exercise either!! Happy Pink Saturday girlfriend, Char

Love those pillows! Perfect in every way! Love your pattern and color combinations- just the right amount of everything.
Love all your pinks!
We got 3 inches of ice and sleet and then 3 inches of snow. We need a pick and sledge hammer to get rid of ours!
Have a great weekend!
Happy PINK Saturday!

Hi Jil :) We've been doing some of that shoveling over on the other side of Michigan too ~ everything seems to be all cleared up now, thank goodness :) Those pillows you created are so beautiful! My favorite, I think, is the last one...so frilly & feminine :) Have a great weekend my friend, and stay warm & cozy with that Hot chocolate :)

Warmest hugs, Brenda

Hi Jill,

Happy Pink Saturday to you and thanks for sharing all your gorgeous treasures. Each one was prettier than the one before it. Love the pillow though~~~

I think we've received several or more feet of snow here in MA, so I'm with ya on the shoveling. I can't move. My arms, back and neck have finally given up.

Happy Pink Saturday my friend.
